Announcing New $SKRT Holder Benefits

We’re excited to get to the next stage of the $SKRT Adopter Club! As previously stated this is our way of saying thank you to our most loyal customers. To show our community how much they mean to us, the team has put together new benefits for $SKRT Holders due to the growth we’ve been receiving as a project.

Earlier this year, on the 1st August 2021, the team launched 4 adopter levels for traders who hold $SKRT in their ETH wallet: Adopter, Insider, Evangelist and Partner. These 4 adopter levels, going forward will now receive added benefits, by means of a share in new tokens launched via Sekuritance. (These benefits are only applicable when Sekuritance is the main launchpad partner, similar to the Aimedis (AIMx) Launch last Thursday 25th November 2021 and are discretionary and negotiated on a project by project basis). The rewards are described below:

SKRT.Adopter: Equal or more than $SKRT 50,000 Tokens

• Eligibility for 10% Bonus Allocation of NEW LAUNCH tokens on-boarded by Sekuritance solely from a discretionary pool.*

SKRT.Insider: Equal or more than $SKRT 500,000 Tokens

• Eligibility for 15% Bonus Allocation of NEW LAUNCH tokens on-boarded by Sekuritance solely from a discretionary pool.*

SKRT.Evangelist: Equal or more than $SKRT 1,500,000 Tokens

• Eligibility for 25% Bonus Allocation of NEW LAUNCH tokens on-boarded by Sekuritance solely from a discretionary pool.*

SKRT.Partner: Equal or more than $SKRT 3,000,000 Tokens

• Eligibility for 50% Bonus Allocation of NEW LAUNCH tokens on-boarded by Sekuritance solely from a discretionary pool.*

SKRT.Believer: These users will not be accumulating tokens from new launchpads if they do not satisfy the $SKRT token holding requirements above.

*Bonus Allocations for NEW LAUNCH tokens: Similar to the standard bonus allocations from the periodical discretionary pool, we want to reward our loyal token holders and become part of the launch with the team, this includes token pots of whichever token launches with Sekuritance solely. The launch token bonus pots would be split between the different adopter levels in the following way:

• SKRT.Adopter — 10% of the specific launch tokens that form part of the whole bonus pot would be distributed among all SKRT.Adopters in equal proportion.
• SKRT.Insider — 15% of the specific launch tokens that form part of the whole bonus pot would be distributed among all SKRT.Insiders in equal proportion.
• SKRT.Evangelist — 25% of the specific launch tokens that form part of the whole bonus pot would be distributed among all SKRT.Evangelists in equal proportion.
• SKRT.Partner — 50% of the specific launch tokens that form part of the whole bonus pot would be distributed among all SKRT.Partners in equal proportion.

For the avoidance of doubt, this is a discretionary allocation of bonus tokens (airdrop) and does not constitute or provide any rights similar to sharing of revenue or profit (whether guaranteed or not), dividend distribution, or a loan interest. The $SKRT tokens do not represent or confer any ownership right or governance right or stake, share or security or equivalent right, or any right to receive any dividend, share in revenue or any form of voting rights or participation rights in the Sekuritance Solutions Limited or the Sekuritance.com Secure RegTech Platform.

Important to know:

1. Distribution of Launch Tokens based on Adopter level as per (previous snapshot) will be distributed approximately one month after the specific token launch’s TGE to be discussed on a project by project basis, and discussed to the community in due course.
2. It is important to note that to retain your membership level you need to HOLD $SKRT tokens in your wallet. In the near future, staking capability will be introduced and there will be changes to this requirement.
3. If you stop holding or go beneath your eligible tier threshold, you will then need to wait until the next opportunity to rejoin the respective tier levels or the program entirely.
4. The tier holding amounts were designed for the early adopters and supporters. We plan on allowing new joiners into the program approximately quarterly but the holding requirements might differ from that they have been described above with each opening opportunity (at the discretion of the company and depending on the situation within the market).
5. It is important that the ETH address specified contains their $SKRT holdings, you may add multiple wallets holding your $SKRT balance, and our portal will accumulate this forthwith (please visit https://portal.sekuritance.com).
6. All tokens by the specific IDO will be sent to the ETH wallet listed under the user’s account, unless directed otherwise by the company that another chain needs to be used for delivery and there will be a space in the UI to allow to claim said bonuses.
