Weekly Update 21st January 2022
Another busy week full of meetings, calls, brainstorming and preparations. We’ve got some great stuff happening in February. The Sekuritance team is always working to make our products better and better. With that said, here are some updates covering what happened this week at Sekuritance.
Vault Hill IDO
Vault Hill’s IDO closed earlier this week. A great success for the team, with just under 2000 participants taking part. This is now closed and reconciliation is well underway.
As of last weekend, Aimedis IDO participants were able to claim their vested AIMx tokens via the TrustSwap vesting engine: https://dashboard.trustswap.org/app/claimtokens
Be sure to connect your BSC Web3 wallet that you used to take part in the AIMx IDO, and from the dashboard, you may now claim your AIMx token vested for a little less than 4 months given the late period.
Why NFTs need Compliance
This week we looked at the relationship between NFT’s and compliance. As the popularity of NFTs continues to soar, these platforms will attract more hackers, thieves and other criminals looking to benefit from exploiting them. With NFT platforms themselves showing a reluctance to address the problems a lack of regulation can present, it has been left up to other technology platforms to pick up the slack. Thus, protecting yourself from the threat of fincrime and keeping yourself well regulated with top-level regtech is key. Find out more about this here.
Financial Crime Predictions for 2022
In our latest blog post, we tackle the top financial predictions expected for 2022 like identity fraud, money laundering and information leaks. This means that it’s important to keep yourself compliant and not fall afoul of ever-changing regulations in the compliance landscape. One way to keep yourself protected is to make sure you have a top tier Regtech system in place looking after your best interests. Get to know more about this here.
The Sekuritance RegTech platform provides a single platform for every eGRC need, including end-to-end AML/CTF, CECL, FCPA, vendor management, beneficiary onboarding, investor check, card processing MFA checks, blockchain wallet checks, cyber-risk assessments, and other RegTech or Business Process Management requirements.
