SKRT.Believer: This special tier is open only to those original participants of the initial offerings (both private and public) who upon vesting expiration have equal or more than the original amount pledged in the associated ETH account. The beauty about this, is that this tier is not mutually exclusive of the others.

Example: If originally you pledged 100,000 $SKRT tokens and upon the end of vesting in that wallet you would have 100K or more — you automatically qualify for the SKRT.Believer level as well as the SKRT.Adopter. However please note that if the ETH wallet goes below 100k $SKRT you would lose your status as a SKRT.Believer and would not be able to regain it once again, even if you accumulate the respective amount of tokens (but of course you could still qualify for any of the above four levels where applicable).

*Bonus Allocations: As we want to reward our loyal token holders and believers in our project, we will strive to periodically airdrop discretionary $SKRT bonus pots. The optional bonus pots would be split between the different adopter levels in the following way:

• SKRT.Believer — 10% of the $SKRT tokens that form part of the whole discretionary bonus pot would be distributed among all users within this tier level in equal proportion.
• SKRT.Adopter — 5% of the $SKRT tokens that form part of the whole discretionary bonus pot would be distributed among all users within this tier level in equal proportion.
• SKRT.Insider — 15% of the $SKRT tokens that form part of the whole discretionary bonus pot would be distributed among all users within this tier level in equal proportion.
• SKRT.Evangelist — 20% of the $SKRT tokens that form part of the whole discretionary bonus pot would be distributed among all users within this tier level in equal proportion.
• SKRT.Partner — 50% of the $SKRT tokens that form part of the whole discretionary bonus pot would be distributed among all users within this tier level in equal proportion.

$SKRT adopters are incentivized to advertise and market the services of Sekuritance to potential customers as doing so would increase the company’s returns and value and their chances of getting bonus tokens. For avoidance of doubt, this is a discretionary allocation of bonus tokens (airdrop) and does not constitute or provide any rights similar to sharing of revenue or profit (whether guaranteed or not), dividend distribution, or a loan interest. The $SKRT tokens do not represent or confer any ownership right or governance right or stake, share or security or equivalent right, or any right to receive any dividend, share in revenue or any form of voting rights or participation rights in the Sekuritance Solutions Limited or the Sekuritance.com Secure RegTech Platform.

It is expected that bonus pots would be paid out quarterly based on your adopter level at this point in time. It is also important to note that to be eligible for the airdrop, there are additional restrictions depending on your geographical association (whether it be tax wise or residency or nationality) as well as subject to the holder of the ETH wallet being a user of the Sekuritance RegTech platform and full verified (KYC + AML) on our end.

**Ability to Accumulate Bonuses: If you are an SKRT.Believer, you will receive the 10% Bonus Allocation given to this token level, plus depending on your current status the corresponding amount of $SKRT tokens that would be distributed to any one of the other four levels that you would qualify for.

Important to know:

1. Primary Snapshot of the adopter levels was taken on 1st of August 2021 at 23:59 CET for qualification for the relevant tiers. Next snapshot to qualify for tiers is scheduled for the end of October 2021 or as announced by the company.
2. It is important to note that to retain your membership level you need to HOLD those tokens in your wallet. In our new UI you will have the possibility to associate one or multiple ETH wallet addresses to your account and each one will be eligible for multiple tiers.
3. Please note that if you have already participated in Sekuritance onboarding in the past, we might already have certain ETH wallets associated with your account but you will have the possibility to verify this from our UI in due course.
4. If you stop holding or go beneath your eligible tier threshold, you will then need to wait until the next opportunity to rejoin the respective tier levels or the program entirely (next opportunity scheduled by end of October 2021).
5. The tier holding amounts were designed for the early adopters and supporters. We plan on allowing new joiners into the program approximately quarterly but the holding requirements might differ from that they have been described above with each opening opportunity (at the discretion of the Company and depending on the situation within the market).
6. To qualify for the benefits mentioned above, each holder of $SKRT must pass Sekuritance KYC onboarding found here: https://launch.sekuritance.com/. It is important that the ETH address specified contains their $SKRT holdings. Once the UI is launched, you will be able to do that directly in your profile. For now, all $SKRT holdings must be present in one ETH wallet, multiple wallets holding $SKRT which are owned by the same individual will have to wait for the UI to be launched to have consolidation.
